I am using my middle name now ('Janet') as there are other artists with the same name as me! One lady is a mosaic artist, the other a black British singer. This should help to differentiate between us.
I am English, born in London to an English father [a former 'Royal Signalist, Essex Regiment'] and Italian mother [from Le Marche, Adriatic].
God called me during my teen years and I began learning God's Way of life as revealed in the Bible.
Over the decades I have managed to produce a number of CD albums. In 2025, I produced four 'AI'-generated albums (Under Italian Skies, Faith, Praise, Proclaim).
The songs I've written are not for 'entertainment' but rather, are personal songs of worship to God, which I am sharing with others. For edification and encouragement.
How often it is said that "music is food for the soul." Well, the only spiritual food I have to give to others is the songs I've been inspired by God to write. My albums!
BACKGROUND
After being a winner in a 1977 song-writing competition (for Church Youth), when I was in the recording booth, I enjoyed the experience so much that I then asked God to help me write and record more songs in the future to His honour and glory - if it was His will.
I do not claim to be a great singer/songwriter (it's a hobby) but I feel strongly driven now to do what I can to promote my albums. And to play a part in helping to get the good news of God's soon-coming Kingdom out to the world.
